नमस्कार मी डॉक्टर सतीश वसंत शिंदाडकर - - - - आज आपण आयुर्वेदाच्या औषधींच्या संदर्भात - - -  औषधांच्या शुद्धतेच्या संदर्भात विचार करणार आहोत

आयुर्वेद या शब्दाला संपूर्ण जगतात सामान्य जनतेद्वारे

बरेच महत्त्व प्राप्त झालेले आहे

युट्युब इत्यादी माध्यमातून आयुर्वेदाचे चलन आहे

आपण आयुर्वेदिक औषधींच्या बाबतीत

औषधीकरणाच्या संदर्भात

गांभीर्याने विचार करणे गरजेचे आहे कारण

अनेक आयुर्वेदिक औषधांच्या बाबतीत मागणी अधिक आणि पुरवठा कमी

अशी स्थिती असल्यामुळे बाजारात उपलब्ध औषधांच्या बद्दल प्रश्नचिन्ह निर्माण होणे साहजिकच आहे

आयुर्वेदाच्या अनेक औषधी केवळ मेडिकललाच नव्हे तर

किराणा दुकानात देखील मिळतात ज्यांना सप्लीमेंट्री फूड म्हणून मान्यता आहे जसे

च्यवनप्राश / /  शतावरी कल्प इत्यादी

अनेक औषधी कंपन्या ग्राहकांना जाहिरातीच्या माध्यमातून किंवा

विविध प्रकारच्या स्किमच्या माध्यमातून

आपल्या औषधी घेण्यास बाध्य करीत आहेत तर काही ग्राहक

वैद्ययांद्वारे लिहून दिलेले औषध दोन ते तीन दुकानांवरून वेगवेगळ्या कंपन्यांची किंमत पडताळून स्वस्त असणारे औषध खरेदी करत आहेत

अशा सर्व प्रकारच्या आयुर्वेदिक औषधांना खरोखर दर्जेदार समजावेत का ?

एकाच नावाच्या औषधांमध्ये वेगवेगळ्या कंपन्यांच्या किमतीत

जमीन आसमांचा फरक का असावा ?

तसेच विविध कुपन / / बक्षीस / / स्कीम देण्याऐवजी

यांची किंमतच ह्या औषधी कंपन्या का कमी ठेवत नाहीत ? 

इत्यादी प्रश्न सर्वांच्या मनात निर्माण व्हायला हवेत

साध्या च्यवनप्राशच्या उदाहरणास समोर ठेवल्यास

काही कंपन्यांचे चवनप्राश दोनशे रुपये पासून तर अक्षरशः सहा ते आठ हजार रुपये प्रति किलो या दराने उपलब्ध आहे मग

निश्चित कोणते च्यवनप्राश उत्तम असावे

आयुर्वेदिक ग्रंथांमध्ये उल्लेख नसणारे काजू बदाम यांना टाकून

सुवर्ण आदि टाकून विविध घटकांचे अमिश दाखवून कंपन्या

आपले च्यवनप्राश विक्री करीत आहेत

च्यवनप्राश एक केवळ उदाहरणा दाखल आहे असेच

अनेक औषधांच्या बाबतीत देखील आहे जसे शतावरी अश्वगंधा इत्यादी

पंचकर्म - -  याबद्दल समाज मनात बरीच उत्सुकता आणि जागृती निर्माण झाल्यामुळे

आज ह्या बाबत आपण विचार करीत आहोत

आयुर्वेदाद्वारे खरोखर समाज हिताचे कार्य घडवणे आवश्यक असल्याने

आयुर्वेदाचे व्यावसायिकरण होता कामा नये असे

अनेक वैद्यांना वाटत असते त्यामुळे कित्येक वैद्य

स्वतः औषधीकरणावर भर देऊन

दर्जेदार औषधी स्वतःच्या चिकित्सालयाद्वारे आपल्या रुग्णास

पुरवीत असतात आणि हेच खरे समाजकार्य आहे असे वाटते

आयुर्वेदिक औषधांच्या बाबतीत

शासनाद्वारे निश्चितच सुयोग्य धोरण पुढील काळात निर्माण होईल अशी

अपेक्षा ठेवून माझे शब्द संपवतो

When it comes to Ayurvedic medicines

regarding the manufacture of medicines

it is necessary to think seriously because

in the case of many Ayurvedic medicines, demand is high and supply is low

and because such a situation exists, it is natural that questions arise about the medicines available in the market

Many Ayurvedic medicines are available not only at medical stores but also

at grocery stores, where they are recognized as supplementary food, such as

Chyawanprash / / Shatavari Kalpa etc.

Many pharmaceutical companies are compelling consumers to buy their medicines through advertisements or

through various types of schemes

while some consumers

are checking the prices of medicines prescribed by physicians at two or three different shops and purchasing the cheaper medicine from different companies

Should all such Ayurvedic medicines really be considered of good quality?

Why should there be a huge difference in the prices of medicines with the same name from different companies?

Also, instead of offering various coupons / / prizes / / schemes

why don't these pharmaceutical companies simply keep the prices of these medicines lower?

Such questions should arise in everyone's mind

Taking ordinary Chyawanprash as an example

Chyawanprash from some companies is available from two hundred rupees, while it is literally available at a rate of six to eight thousand rupees per kilogram, then

which Chyawanprash should definitely be considered the best

By adding cashews and almonds, which are not mentioned in Ayurvedic texts,

and adding gold etc., and showing the mixture of various ingredients, companies

are selling their Chyawanprash

Chyawanprash is merely given as an example

the same is also true of many medicines, such as Shatavari, Ashwagandha, etc.

Panchakarma - - because considerable curiosity and awareness about this

has developed in the minds of society today, we are thinking about this matter

Since it is necessary to truly carry out work for the welfare of society through Ayurveda

many physicians feel that Ayurveda should not be commercialized

therefore, many physicians

give emphasis to preparing medicines themselves

and provide quality medicines to their patients through their own clinics

and feel that this itself is true social service

Anyway

regarding Ayurvedic medicines
